How does Exion work?

Exion delivers radiofrequency (RF) to gently heat deeper skin layers and targeted ultrasound to push that energy even deeper—without increasing discomfort. This combination stimulates your skin’s natural collagen and elastin production, encouraging tissue remodeling from the inside out.

What does a treatment feel like?

What happens during a treatment?

You will come in an hour before your treatment for photos and numbing. After about 45 minutes, your provider will remove the numbing and prep your skin. Once your skin is cleansed and prepped, your provider will use the Exion handpiece to treat the selected areas with controlled passes. The treatment typically takes 20 to 40 minutes, depending on the size of the treatment area.

Is there any downtime?

Very minimal! You might notice some mild redness or warmth, like a slight sunburn, which fades within a few hours. Some patients experience light swelling or sensitivity, but it’s short-lived and easily managed with gentle skincare and SPF.

When will I see results?

While many patients notice an initial improvement in tone and glow after just one session, the full benefits of Exion develop gradually as your collagen and elastin levels build.
